Midnight Velvet Mousse - Our most acclaimed cake! This one never disappoints. A thick layer of our midnight velvet mousse, sandwiched between thin layers of chocolate cake and finished off with a decadent topping of chocolate curls.
Sweet & Salty Brownie Torte - Our brownie base, followed with a thick creamy layer of chocolate mousse. But it's the topping that sets this cake apart with salted peanuts and a caramel drizzle providing the perfect balance for the rich chocolaty undertones.

Bourbon Pecan - Our deep dish pecan tarte plus one critical addition, bourbon!
Classic Pecan - This deep dish pecan tarte weighs about 2 pounds, and is loaded with pecans. A well balanced level of sweetness, and the scalloped crust is not only gorgeous, but also serves much cleaner than a typical pecan pie.
Blueberry Crisp - This shallow tarte is simple and perfect. The "sugar cookie" complexion of the crust, filled with blueberries, and finished with crumb topping. The only possible improvement might be a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
Caramel Apple Crisp - Beautiful and all American. This deep dish tarte is hefty in size and flavor. It tastes like a well spiced apple pie. The sweetness in the crust, the crumb topping, and a light caramel swirl tie the flavors together perfectly.
